without removing the person. I still want to see people’s status updates, but I don’t care about Mafia Wars and Zoo Whatever. Can it be done?
Facebook: Is There A Way To Exclude Mafia Wars And Farmville From My News Feed?
– February 18, 2010Posted in: Video Games

Hey!
I used this to get the most of farmville, all the tips and tricks
there are to the game, enjoy!
There should be a way to exclude them from your news feed. There’s an option somewhere on what feeds you get and don’t get if memory serves me right.
Two things.
Cllick “hide” on the app posts that you don’t want to see in your feed when one pops up and if you get any invites or “gifts” click “block this application.”
You can go to the “Farmville” and “Mafia Wars” application page and below the picture click “Block Application”. That way you don’t receive anything from them.
Yes.
When you see an update from Farmville, Mafia Wars, Fish City, or whatever else (they seem to come up with new games every damn day) just mouse over the right top corner of the update. You should see a button that says “Hide” – click that. I believe that they’ve changed it now to where it will just ask you to confirm that you want to hide “fishville” or whatever. They used to give you the option of hiding either the person or updates from the specific game, but yes, you can definitely hide them.
