Please could you give me a method to building a solar energy circuit which will light two bulbs. The energy won’t come from the sun but from a lamp instead.

You could build such a circuit, but you will not collect enough energy to power two more lamps. Not by a long shot! Furthermore, it is remarkably silly to collect solar energy to produce light straight out. If any, you should collect the energy, store it in batteries, and power your light bulbs at night, when the sun is not around.
