it seems like a good substitute for cigarettes…. they are cheaper, does not cause cancer, no second hand smoke, etc. Also, it can be smoked anywhere.
Also, anyone know of a downside to this electric cigarette (in comparison to regular cigarettes)?

I agree it takes a bit to get used to the e-cigarettes because hey are different than regular tobacco cigs. But it just like switching to a different brand, at least for me, a few days into it I didn’t really notice much. As for built in atomizer cartridge 2-piece design it is much easier to deal with than messing with the liquids and all separate parts. Green Smoke e-cigarette cartridges last me close to a pack (20) cigarettes worth of puffs most of them at least, I have had a few last a little less. You can read he article that explains everything about it on this site here: http://www.sneakyreviews.com/health/green-smoke-the-natural-e-cigarette/

As far as downsides go..I actually cant think of any. I personally use the InLife electronic cigarette and have zero complaints. Check them out, I suggest you watch the how it works video on the site listed below.

I have tried a few electronic cigarettes and with regards to the health side I cant find any, most of them I did try though I found would either sometime leak from the cartridge, and also the atomiser could over heat which can be easily exposed and could burn a child if touched. The only one that I have found that has eliminated this problem is the greentech ecigarette as the cartridge and atomiser come as one unit, which eliminates both these problems and also means the vapour does not deteriorate, as you get a new atomiser with every cartridge and nicotine is not wasted through leakage, which I am finding I assume is because of this more puffs from a cartridge.

I smoke my ecig exclusively and love it. One suggestion is to use the eliquid. I put 2-3 drops into the cartridge each time I wish to smoke. This produces the largest amount of vapor and the best smoking experience. This is also why I would suggest staying away from the all in one atomizer/cartridges. Pre-filled cartridges will get you between 4-10 cigarettes depending on the type of smoker that you are. (not 20 as some advertise)
Downsides? You have to get used to the idea of no ashes, lighters, and smell and that is a little crazy for the first week. But after you stop reaching for lighters you don’t need, you realize how much cleaner the entire habit has just become and that fades. The other downside is that if you have been brand loyal, you will find that the first month going completely e-cig you are missing something. You can’t put your finger on it. After a great discussion with an ex-researcher for smoking, I realized that what I was missing was the additive that Parliament added to their cigarettes to keep me coming back for more. Now, I have no desire for any type of cigarette, except for my ecig.
