I made the decision to attempt out an e-cig several months back again. I did some online study searching at evaluations and such, and made the decision to obtain the (V2 Cigs). Because I received my very first purchase of two batteries and Five cartridges (a fundamental starter kit) I began smoking it much more and much more although smoking tobacco cigarettes much less and much less. My intention wasn’t and is not truly to attempt to quit, I just discovered smoking the e-cig a great deal more convenient is all.

For 1 point its a great deal less expensive than tobacco cigarettes. I also like becoming in a position to smoke in my vehicle ( I in no way did smoke tobacco cigarettes in my vehicle since it is good and new, and I did not wish to ruin the interior ). The primary cause I happen to be smoking them much more lately is because of the weather. Since it continues to obtain colder and much more miserable outside I discover myself wanting to go out and brave the weather just for any smoke much less and much less. So, rather I sit within through the fireplace reading a book, or operating on my computer, smoking my (V2 Cigs) e-cig, viewing the rain fall outside. Its truly good becoming in a position to smoke within the home again!

My wife smokes too, but she insists we do not smoke within the house, which I’ve discovered is really a really great concept. Luckily smoking e-cigs does not fill the room with smoke or leave a poor smell. So, really, you are able to smoke e-cigs within as a lot as you want, and not be worried about any from the poor unwanted effects you receive with smoking cigarettes.

I also like becoming in a position to smoke indoors in the nearby bar, and in the coffee store downtown. I do get strange looks on occasion, or see individuals performing double takes, but I do not get bothered by it. If I have to I just explain that all it is, is h2o vapor and individuals leave me alone about it without having a lot fuss. Even though as soon as an employee at Borders came up behind me and mentioned “I’m need to request that you place that out immediately”. I turned around, slipped it in my shirt pocket and asked “put what out?” It had been quite fantastic to determine his expression of confusion as he apologized for bothering me and walked aside.

Anyway, because obtaining my very first e-cig made the decision I liked it sufficient that to reorder a bigger starter kit in the exact same company, to ensure that I can share with my wife and usually possess a couple of batteries to spare. (I discovered with smoking e-cigs its good to possess several batteries and various chargers so that there’s usually 1 close to to puff on).

With the winter months coming on, I’m excited to obtain my new purchase that also includes several various flavored cartridges I haven’t however tried. As I mentioned I got the V2 Cigs e-cigarette with the trigger button style, it seemed like a great offer but I think you will find several other great manufacturers available as well. To anybody that’s interested I discovered this review website to become very helpful: sneakyreviews.com. So, great luck and appreciate becoming in a position to smoke indoors again!

Another week of A levels results, another week of criticism surrounding league tables, the ‘dumbing down’ of Key Stage 3s, and widespread strategies and promised for college review and enhance. The Tories have already stated a wish to reform league tables with the intention to give greater weighting to better grades and more ‘worthwhile subjects. With regards to under achievement in this series of blogs, the news could not be more scary. Recently peers also have heard our society denounced as ‘broken’ from the opposition bench, with youth culture being slammed. Contrariwise our society are now told that kids who study ‘worthless’ subjects may have their results devalued when considering the achievements of other schools (some people resort to hiring a tutor to get by). I will return to the patronizing position toward modern day young people in a later blog, with conflict on the inevitable reaction to continuing success.

The focus this week is on rubbish colleges. This again is a very vague definition, but is regularly thrown into journalistic pieces, especially at this time of year. A college which is deemed to be ‘underachieving’ must be considered objectively, peers wouldn’t believe a ‘mild day’ to be in anyway the same when reported in the weather forecast in the UK and Australia, yet peers consider underachieving schools to be as bad as each other regardless of location and resources. I talked to private tutor and they said that in recent times our society have seen a growth of ‘specialist colleges’ whether they are in Science or Performing Arts etc.

The tutor went on to say that these colleges therefore must have different targets to reach, but on an overall scale, these strong departments may mask peersaker areas within the institute. The league tables do not reflect the pupils and environs which the institute has to adapt to. Inner city colleges traditionally have to deal with young people who are often exposed to gang culture, drug abuse and binge drinking, as our societyll as many students who are not as bright as some in more affluent areas. young people may again not receive as much support at home, which will as well as affect their progress. This links in well with my previous blog on underachieving kids who are less able.

In many cases, the challenge of helping these less able students to reach their potential is far more taxing for an educator than simply feeding a bright students’ hunger for knowledge. I very much doubt that even the complex ‘progress tables’ for institutes (only behind Duckworth-Lewis and the scoring for the Heptathlon in complexity) includes this when determining the rankings. Consequently many institutes and, in reality, many educators are tarred with the reputation of being poor.

This leads to an Ouroboros situation, where in institutes desperate for enthusiastic, committed teachers, you have teachers who are apathetic, and feel undervalued in their jobs. On a level which many people could empathize with, consider the disappointment many would experience when someone fails to appreciate the effort put into a present or something similar. If one scales this emotional response when bearing in mind that individuals move houses to avoid your teaching, this is quite a body blow for someone in a profession which requires commitment and passion in the face of many difficulties within the classroom, not to mention that private tutors are becoming more popular.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the making of any law impeding or infringing on the freedom of speech.

Something that important, one would believe amending or impinging on those rights would be screamed by every newspaper, radio and TV station in the land. So why is it, I only read it in The Nation? Where is the outrage? Where are the protestors?

You can be sent to jail for fifteen years merely advocating for peace and human rights based to the Supreme Court of the United States ruling. The court ruled on June 21, 2010 that the First Amendment does not protect anyone advocating, including speech, assistance for peace and human rights to any organization deemed a terrorist organization by the United States. The court ruled, for the first time in history, that Congress can make it a crime to advocate for wholly lawful, nonviolent ends.

It is a crime to write an amicus brief (court paper) in support of a so designated group, assist it before any public body or even publish an op-ed about the group.I fear for my prison

The Nation goes on to say, in the eyes of the Supreme Court, multinational corporations must be allowed to spend millions on political campaigns, but a human rights activist can be sent to jail for pursuing peace.

The issue now is, who knows which organizations the United States list as terrorist organizations? Further, who determines that and what are their qualifications to do so? What constitutes a terrorist organization and what are the justifications for designating them as such?
How long will it be until any organization or person not agreeing with United States policy, domestic or foreign, is labeled a terrorist? This is a much bigger deal than the publicity it has been given. If you disagree with the label the United States government has stuck on some organization then you are forbidden to advocate for that group in any way, shape or form. There is no right to disagree. How frightening is that?

This is the tale about how to boil a frog. If you just drop it in boiling water it will jump out and hop away. If you put it in tepid water and raise the heat a degree or two at a time it won’t notice, and finally it is sitting in the boiling water.
Our rights are being eroded a degree or two at a time and this is one that should bring a lot more exposure than it is getting.

There is no question that the United States government is all powerful. We have seen that several times when they advocate for “children’s safety” and innocents are slaughtered and no federal agents of the government ever stand for punishment. There was never so much as an indictment. This is the government we should be very cautious of. It has no respect for freedom. Check out freedom

Well the main 2 parties have thoroughly screwed up this time. Not only have they ruined any semblance of freedom for the present generation, they have buried the next two generations so deep in debt, that only some of our grandkids will ever be aware of what quality of life feels like. This has precipitated a major reaction in America. It has resulted in the up-swell of support for a fresh party. This new party is collectively being identified as the national tea party.

So how did we get to this point? The revolutionary war was a end result of citizens who had been pushed to their breaking point with regulations and ever rising taxes. Sound familiar? This began with the Boston teaparty in which the tea was dumped into the harbor. Individuals then as right now do not like to have the fruit of their labors taken from them and then spent on things they don’t believe in. It was that way then and it is that way right now. You cannot change human nature. Individuals are endowed with rights by the creator and one of those rights is liberty. The founding fathers had no clue that the tyranny of King George would ever be able to rot America ever again. They meticulously wrote our constitution to prevent it from happening.

What they did not recognize is that the nation would move away from Christian foundations to a humanist philosophy of elites deciding what is best for the masses. As excellent as the constitution was, no document is any good if the leaders sworn to defend it simply pay no attention to it. That is what has happened. Each year little by little, we lose more of our freedoms. Each year more new laws and policy are forced on us that can imprison us should they be enforced. The undermining of our free market system began after world war II when soviet spies were given positions in our government. Read a great book by Ann Coulter called Treason for an in depth account of how that happened.

Which brings us to today and the proliferation of the tax day tea party movement events everywhere. These are not the kooks and extremists that the evening news would have you believe. No these are in fact the traditional average Americans who understand what freedom and liberty are, and see it slipping away. They are not from any one party. They include members from no less than 5 parties from all walks of life, race and religions. When a neighborhood hospital closes it’s doors because some law requires them to treat for free non people, that isn’t racist, that is a legitimate hardship to individuals. When it is taught in schools that abortion is a choice yet wearing a seat belt is not a choice, there is something amiss. When legislation is going through capitol hill that something a person says can land that person in jail under the label of hate speech, then something is wrong.

Massachusetts is known as the most socialist sympathetic state as a whole in America. It is nicknamed Taxachusetts. Since the existing leadership with super majorities in both houses can do whatsoever it wants in theory, this makes millions of people edgy. When it was learned that this government was going to bankrupt the nation with socialized health care, in which every citizen would be required to buy no matter how poverty-stricken, the uprising of the teaparts even reached into taxachusetts. Scott Brown, a liberal republican promised to put an end to the hated health care takeover and he won the election by a large margin.
